Scarlett interview. Pt.2

— “What about bad scenes?” – The interviewer asked.
— “When we had to shoot the same scenes several times in a row, actors began to become visibly nervous. Samuel L. Jackson was the most nervous, and I had to calm him down, sometimes several times a day.”
— “Calm him down? How?”
— “Well… Rumors about the difference in the size of manhood between white and black were not only rumors. Samuel helped me to realize that. I guess I shouldn’t explain how I calmed him down. When a stallion getting out of control, woman is obliged to help him, and Samuel was a real horse. I mean the size of his manhood, of course. He’s a great actor and friend, but when he gets nervous, he turns into a real machine that only I can calm down.”
